NOW HIRING FOR A PART TIME FACILITIES MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN.

Pay rate: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
Job Type: Direct Hire

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, schedule, and oversee maintenance and repairs for facilities and equipment
  • Set up and tear down for events
  • Complete minor repairs, painting, and general handyperson tasks
  • Manage communication with vendors
  • Monitor and replenish kitchen and maintenance supplies
  • Respond promptly to urgern facility issues or emergencies and communicate maintenance needs and project updates to leadership
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • 3 years of facilities experience or event experience required
  • Must be a good communicator as this person will interact with organizational leaders, vendors, inspectors, etc.
  • Must have strong organizational skills
  • Ability to life 50 lbs, climb ladders, and perform physical labor required

This is an in-office position. The hours would be 24-30 hours a week based on activities going on at church. Might require evenings or weekends if there is a wedding or an event (1-2 times a quarter).
