Description Responsibility Perform basic tasks including painting and filling crevices (walls, sidewalk etc.), cleaning facilities, and managing maintenance repair. Perform basic repairs on company machinery, equipment, or appliances. Detect and report the need of major maintenance repair. Regularly check community spaces to identify issues with litter, mechanical failure, lighting, or any other breakdowns. Respond to maintenance request in a timely and professional manner. Repair plumbing and electrical. Undertake lighting installation, replace ceiling tiles and carpeting as needed. Floor maintenance includes but not limited to sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping all areas. Pull trash and take it to large dumpsters Maintain the cleanliness of outside spaces such as parking lots and sidewalks. Set up and tear down for events. Other duties as assigned. Requirements Other Skills Required Strong character and Christian testimony. Solid experience with plumbing and electrical systems. Ability to work with hardware tools and power equipment. Extremely organized with good communication skills. Detail-orientated with an aptitude for problem-solving. Experience Experience managing mid to large facilities. School or church facility management a plus High school diploma or equivalent qualification required. A minimum of 2 years’ working experience in a similar role. Must be able to lift over 50 pounds and stand or walk for 8-hour workday.
Responsibilities
