POSITION OVERVIEW Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for patients across the lifespan. Perform patient assessments, diagnosis, treatment planning, health maintenance, and preventive care. Collaborate with physicians and an experienced clinical support team to deliver coordinated patient care. Maintain accurate clinical documentation while providing evidence-based treatment.
