SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Administrative Assistant to support our Finance Manager with daily financial tasks and administrative duties. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong grasp of Excel and a keen eye for numbers to contribute meaningfully in a dynamic work environment.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Excellent IT skills
  • Very competent in the use of MS Office, excel in particular (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data analysis, etc.)
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Keen to develop office service process improvement
  • Previous experience in a finance or administrative role preferred
  • Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Xero and or SAGE is a bonus)

Responsibilities
  • Produce, organise and maintain accurate digital finance files to directly support finance function to meet all internal needs
  • Update all project costing records weekly in excel in conjunction with in-house costing software to enable accurate detailed financial information to be always available.
  • Support regularly the generation of various project financial analysis to drive decision making
  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and update internal systems
  • Help prepare monthly costing reports
  • Undertake specific projects/tasks under the direction of Finance Manager which can vary in size and complexity from time to time.
