Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a flexible and detail-oriented Part-Time Finance Administrator & Bookkeeper to support our finance team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership of day-to-day finance operations and contributing to the smooth running of our business.
You’ll play a key part in ensuring our financial processes run seamlessly — handling bookkeeping, processing invoices and payments, supporting month-end reporting, and assisting with credit control. You’ll also provide general finance administration support to keep the team organised and efficient.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain accurate day-to-day bookkeeping and financial records
  • Process customer and supplier invoices, payments, and expenses
  • Support with credit control activities (e.g. chasing overdue payments)
  • Assist with month-end reporting and reconciliations
  • Help prepare financial data for management reporting
  • Ensure finance documents and records are kept up to date and compliant
  • Carry out ad-hoc administrative tasks to support the finance function
