You’ll work closely with our Finance Manager to:

• Process and match purchase invoices to POs with precision and speed
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies and missing receipts
• Reconcile supplier statements, manage queries, and keep accounts current
• Raise and process supplier payments via Oracle Netsuite
• Manage credit card transactions and employee expenses
• Help onboard new suppliers and maintain up-to-date records
• Assist with credit control, sending statements and telephoning customers
• Contribute ideas to improve financial systems and efficiency
