We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Part-time Finance Manager to join our team at Performativ. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of our finance operations in a tech-driven environment where much of the heavy lifting is already automated. You’ll work with modern tools, proprietary systems, and a forward-thinking team to keep our financial engine running smoothly. As a Part-time Finance Manager, you will oversee financial processes, ensure compliance with Danish tax regulations, and maintain accurate records in e-conomic. While accountant-level expertise is preferred, it’s not a strict requirement. If you’re curious about automation, no-code tools, or Python scripting, this role offers plenty of opportunities to apply those skills. What you’ll do 📈 This is a part-time role for 20-25 hours a week. Manage and maintain financial records in e-conomic, ensuring accuracy and compliance Help send out invoices from multiple entities Oversee VAT, payroll, and other Danish tax-related filings and deadlines Review and reconcile accounts, invoices, and transactions Collaborate with the leadership team to provide financial insights and reports Support in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning Identify opportunities for further automation using no-code tools or scripts (if interested) Ensure smooth integration between our proprietary systems and financial workflow Work with our auditors to pass audits in timely fashion What we’re looking for 🎯 Native level of Danish and high professional fluency in English Solid experience of Danish VAT & tax rules and accounting principles Solid experience using e-conomic for bookkeeping and reporting Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Comfortable working independently in a part-time, flexible role Proactive problem-solver with a willingness to learn new tools and processes Familiarity with agentic software development (Lovable, Claude Code) and/or Python Bonus: Ability to start quickly What we can offer you 🌱 Trust and responsibility to shape the future of Performativ’s success in the European market from day 1.
