Based in our Southampton Office, and reporting to the managing Director, this Full time, Perm role’s duties will include:
· invoicing daily
· Processing of supplier payments, expenses and any urgent requests
· Credit control and reporting
· Interdepartmental communications, ensuring credit control procedures are adhered to.
· Full involvement in month end processes, including preparing and posting journals
· Financial reporting
· Managing Accounts Receivable inbox.
