Description

Essential Position Functions: * Greet members and guests to the Fitness Center or Performance Center warmly and pleasantly and oversee the coordination of all member and guest requests and issues/complaints in a professional, courteous, and timely manner. * Perform administrative tasks associated with facility operations, including front desk responsibilities, point of sale transactions, and membership registrations. * Assist in designing and implementing health promotion, wellness, and educational programming. * Supervise and monitor exercise participants. * Assist with Members services at the pools, including cleaning and general upkeep of facility area. * Perform other duties as assigned. Educational Experiences and Requirements: * High School diploma or equivalent and/or 1-year experience in a related field (fitness/wellness). Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science or relevant preferred. * CPR, AED, and First Aid certification. * An outgoing personality and excellent communication skills. * Superior customer service skills. * Must be available afternoons and weekends Working Conditions: * Must be in excellent physical condition and perform activities such as bending, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, lifting, and grasping for extended periods of time.
