Floor Staff have a range of responsibilities, each of which help the theatre’s daily functions and include duties in concessions, on the floor cleaning theatres and at the box office. • Demonstrate strong communication (oral & written), organization, and teamwork.
• Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong computer aptitude.
• Open and friendly guest service, always going above and beyond guest expectations to deliver an exceptional movie-going experience.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment that requires knowledge of different roles and responsibilities.
• A flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• The ability to perform the essential job functions requires certain physical standards to include lifting, reaching, bending, kneeling, ascending and descending stairs.
