JOB DESCRIPTION

The Hotel Folk are looking for experienced, friendly, bubbly & enthusiastic Food & Beverage Assistants (waiting staff) to join their team at Ogilvie’s Restaurant based in the picturesque village of Thorpeness.
We pay national minimum wage dependant on your age however, you will be given a tailored training programme, so you are clear on what’s expected of you.

· Having a keen attention to ensuring customer satisfaction in our restaurant and outside dining areas
· Being knowledgeable in the content of each menu, to be able to correctly advise Guests on this.
· Able to take orders accurately in a friendly and confident manner
· Ensure that restaurant tables are laid out correctly
