ABOUT THE ROLE:
You’ll be responsible for delivering a well-established training programme to our newly recruited sales people. In this role you’ll be coaching and inspiring our team to complete an online and in person training programme.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Conduct engaging product training sessions for up to 8 people via MS Teams. Carry out in person workshops, including role-playing exercises, designed to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in sales training to ensure our programmes remain relevant and effective
