What you will be doing: Serve as an ambassador of the hotel, delivering a warm, professional welcome and farewell that reflects Fairmont’s Service Promise and Values. Provide attentive, personalized service by responding promptly to guest requests, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring follow-up. Manage check-in, check-out, and billing processes accurately while maintaining up-to-date guest accounts and records. Handle reservations, bookings, and special requests efficiently to optimize guest satisfaction and hotel revenue. Promote Fairmont’s loyalty programs and contribute to rate and RevPAR growth through effective upselling. Uphold all Front Office, Health & Safety, and environmental standards to ensure a safe, sustainable, and exceptional guest experience. Qualifications Ability to work in an ever-changing and often busy environment Must be self-motivating, a team player and have a high level of guest service orientation Must have excellent verbal, comprehensive & written English communication skills Must have a professional attitude along with impeccable presentation Highly organized with the ability to be flexible with work hours and days off Strong computer knowledge.
