JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Front Desk & Administrative Assistant to support hotel operations and assist the manager directly. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn front desk procedures, adapt quickly to new software, and take initiative.
You will be trained on how to manage the front desk, respond to guests, and handle check-ins and check-outs. You’ll also be responsible for completing various administrative tasks assigned by the manager, inspecting units, and ensuring that daily operations run smoothly.
Fluency in both French and English is required, as is the ability to stay organized and follow through on responsibilities. This position is 24 hours per week and requires a hands-on, can-do attitude.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Fluency in French and English (spoken and written)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to learn new software and systems quickly
  • Reliable, organized, and able to follow through on assigned tasks
  • Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
  • Attention to detail, especially when inspecting rooms and handling guest needs
  • Must be available to work 24 hours per week, including some weekends
  • Previous experience in hospitality or reception is an asset, but not required
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a professional and friendly attitude with guests and staff
  • Handle urgent tasks or last-minute requests in a timely and organized manner
