Description

Candidates MUST possess experience in a real estate office.

  • Candidates MUST be willing to work at both the Newmarket and Bradford office locations (public transit is limited in Bradford), or Newmarket and Richmond Hill Locations.

SPECIFIC JOB REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO :

  • Manage incoming phone calls, messages, emails etc.
  • Inventory and ordering of various office supplies.
  • Broker load listings into TRREB MLS and ITSO.
  • Prepare Agreements of Purchase and Sale, Amendments, Waivers, and all other documents as required using webforms and skyslope.
  • Be the first point of contact for customers coming into the office.
  • Maintain listing/deal files in an organized and complete manner electronically.
  • General office tasks as required.
  • Available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends a MUST
    Candidates must possess a high degree of professionalism, strong business communication skills, and meticulous attention to detail. The candidate should be able to work efficiently towards deadlines.
