Front Desk Receptionist – Sunday Shift  Location: The Cambridge Club, Toronto Schedule: Sundays, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (flexibility to cover other shifts is considered a strong asset) The Cambridge Group of Clubs, CGoC, is a collection of 3 unique health and fitness clubs, serving an exclusive membership of leaders, executives and professionals in the downtown core. The Cambridge Club is seeking a highly reliable, professional, and member-focused Front Desk Receptionist to support our team every Sunday. This role is ideal for someone committed to consistency and delivering exceptional service in a premium club environment. About the Role: * Greet members with warmth and professionalism and ensure every member scans in upon arrival * Register guests and Reciprocal members * Manage phone calls, email, general inquiries, clinic appointment, restaurant and squash bookings * Provide accurate club information and assist with member needs * Maintain a clean, organized front desk area * Support daily operations with light administrative tasks What We’re Looking For: * Exceptional reliability and punctuality with a commitment to working every Sunday * Strong customer service and communication skills * Professional, polished, and friendly demeanor * Ability to work independently and stay organized * Front desk or hospitality experience is an asset * Smart Serve Certified, or willing to obtain Smart Serve Certificate If you’re dependable, personable, and enjoy working in a welcoming, member-focused environment, we’d love to hear from you.
