You'll be the warm and welcoming face and central point of contact for our patients, playing a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and positive experience from arrival to departure. As the heart of our clinic's front office, you'll manage patient flow, ensuring seamless transitions throughout their visit. Your attention to detail in data entry, insurance verification, and payment collection will be essential to our efficient operations. This is a fantastic opportunity to be the first and last impression for our valued patients. Your Responsibilities Will Include: Warmly greeting and efficiently checking in patients. Accurately managing patient check-out processes. Skillfully scheduling patient appointments. Precisely scanning medical records and handling medical record requests. Demonstrating exceptional organization and attention to detail in all tasks. Expertly compiling, processing, and understanding necessary patient forms (consent for treatment, etc.). Responding to patient inquiries with professionalism and empathy. Efficiently processing incoming and outgoing referrals and obtaining necessary authorizations. Professionally answering and directing phone calls. What We're Looking For: High School diploma or equivalent (Required). Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook (Required). Experience using electronic medical records. A genuine commitment to providing outstanding customer service. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, energetic environment.
