We’re looking for enthusiastic, reliable and friendly part-time Front of House team members to join us!

As a member of waiting staff you will be responsible for;

• Serving and clearing tables
• Use a tray to bring food and drinks to the tables
• Greeting customers and presenting menus
• Interacting with customers, making recommendations and answering inquiries
• Checking identification of customers under our challenge 21 policy
• Recording food and drinks orders accurately into till system
• Maintaining a good working relationship with the waiting staff, kitchen team and managing directors
• Responding promptly to requests from customers in a polite and professional fashion
• Processing transactions, calculating change and processing customer payments using the till system
• Ensuring clean glasses, equipment and working areas
• Complying with all health, safety and hygiene standards and policies
• Staying guest focused and nurturing an excellent guest experience
• Respecting and promoting the company values and ethos

EDUCATION:

• Secondary education and good numerical, verbal and written communication skills
