Amorino is looking for awesome Counter Staff / Baristas / Cashier to join the team!
As a Counter Staff/Cashier and Barista, your job will be to welcome and serve every customer. You will have to prepare and serve specialty beverages and food to customers, in an extremely fast paced environment and by following the standard recipes. We offer a high-quality service in a clean and inviting environment. Responsibilities of the Barista/Counter Staff/Cashier include providing top-notch customer service, operating the cash register and following Amorino’s cash handling procedures, keeping the shop inviting and clean (inside and out, front and back), and following health, safety, and sanitation guidelines with care. REQUIREMENTS

• Flexible schedule - ability to work some evenings required
• Must be able to lift up to 40lbs
• Good verbal communication and ability to take feedback from customers
• Ability to listen, learn, take direction from leadership (even learning how to create a flower-shaped cone within 20 seconds!)
• Ability to work quickly, consistently, and efficiently on the counter line
• Commitment to good hygiene and professional appearance
• Knowledge of food safety a plus
• Provide good employment references
• Past retail or client/customer service experience in a fast-paced environment and/or six months of customer service as a Barista
