POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team. We are looking for 1 part time (hours negotiable) and 1 full time employee. In this role, you will handle follow-up calls to both hot and cold leads, perform some data entry, and assist with light office work, including filing. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Education in business, sales, or a related field.
• Some experience in sales, customer service, or office work is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

• Conduct follow-up calls with potential clients, including warm and cold leads, to generate interest and close opportunities.
• Accurately enter and maintain data in the company’s CRM or database systems.
• Assist with light office tasks, such as filing and organizing documents.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to meet goals and enhance client engagement.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally in all interactions.
