Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Functional Integrative and Longevity Medicine Physician, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant to join our dynamic team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a passion for holistic health and a strong commitment to improving patient outcomes through integrative and personalized medical approaches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive consultations and develop personalized treatment plans focusing on functional, integrative, and longevity medicine.
- Collaborate with our team of aesthetic and medical professionals to deliver exceptional care and innovative treatments.
- Utilize the latest advancements in medicine and technology to enhance patient healthspan and lifespan.
- Educate patients on lifestyle modifications, preventive care, and integrative therapies.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
- Valid medical license as a Physician, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant in the state of New York.
- Experience or certification in functional, integrative, or longevity medicine is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a patient-centered approach to care.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
