Description

Performance Driven Workforce (PDW) is currently seeking part-time test drivers for hiring safety-minded individuals to join our team as Part-time Evaluation Drivers in the Livonia area. Whether you're a seasoned professional, a veteran, or a retiree looking for a flexible, rewarding gig - this is your chance to get behind the wheel of the latest pre-production vehicles and help shape the future of automotive innovation. The ideal candidate will possess 2 years of US driving experience with a valid license and a good driving record. Candidates meeting the requirements for this position below are strongly encouraged to apply. Responsibilities of Drivers: * Test drive pre-production vehicles for an automotive Tier 1 supplier * Evaluate performance, durability, comfort and vehicle noise abnormalities while providing real-time feedback * Drive in small groups on pre-planned routes * Test drivers are not required to have any automotive technical experience Compensation for Drivers: * General drivers can earn $14.50/hr. on PM shifts & ALL weekend shifts and $14.00/hr. on AM shifts (Monday - Friday) Shifts: * AM Shift: 5:00 am - 3:00 pm (Monday - Sunday) * PM Shift: 3:00 pm - 1:00 am (Monday - Sunday) * The site operates 7 days/week however, you will only be scheduled based upon your availability * Flexible scheduling with AM day shifts, PM night shifts and weekend shifts available Requirements of General Drivers: * Must have a valid U.S. driver's license and a good driving record * Must be at least 19 years of age * Minimum 2 years driving experience in the U.S. * Able to pass a written driving test, read maps and follow directions * Must have good written and verbal communication skills (in English) Retirees and veterans are welcome.
