JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Golf Shop Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, assist with the day-to-day operations of the golf shop, and contribute to creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. This role requires strong communication skills and a passion for golf, as well as the ability to effectively upsell products and services.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in golf retail.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly desirable.
  • Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately.
  • Ability to upsell products confidently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
  • Must be a keen golfer with a passion for the equipment side of the game and be able to sell golf equipment to golfers of all levels.
  • Can regrip and repair golf clubs.
