Job Title: Part-Time Graphic Designer (Brand Refresh & Ad Creative) Type: Part-time; Remote Industry: Fashion About the Role We’re currently undergoing a brand refresh and elevating our content, and we’re looking for a talented Graphic Designer who truly understands brand vision and style. Our visual identity is rooted in vintage aesthetics inspired by the American Wild West, and we’re looking for someone who can bring that world to life in a modern, performance-driven way. This is a part-time role to start, with the opportunity to move into a full-time position as we scale. You’ll play a key role in shaping how our brand looks and feels across advertising and content. Key Responsibilities Design high-impact ad creatives for paid social, digital campaigns, and promotions Create on-brand graphics aligned with our vintage Wild West visual identity Perform photo touchups, retouching, and editing Develop creative assets for marketing, web, and social channels Translate brand vision and creative direction into strong visual executions Collaborate with marketing and brand teams to refine creative concepts Maintain consistency across all visual outputs Iterate on designs based on feedback and performance insights Nice to Have Experience working on brand refresh or rebrand projects Motion graphics or basic video editing skills Familiarity with performance marketing creatives Illustration skills that complement vintage-style brandin Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio (advertising work is a big plus) Strong sense of branding and visual storytelling Ability to design within a defined aesthetic (vintage / American Wild West-inspired style) Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) Experience with photo retouching and editing Strong attention to detail and visual polish Comfortable working part-time with clear communication and ownership
