Description Kimberton Whole Foods is looking for a part-time Grocery Team Member to join the Wyomissing crew! Requirements: Part-time, up to 24 hours per week. One weekend shift per week is required. Set Schedule: Sundays 12pm - 6:30pm Mondays 9am - 3:30pm Tuesdays 9am - 3:30pm Fridays 9am - 3:30pm Age Requirement: Must be 18 years or older. Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 hourly to start, depending on experience Benefits: Part-time team members are eligible for a 15% store discount after 60 days and a 401K with matching 3% after one year and 1000 hours worked. **Please note: Kimberton Whole Foods does not hire seasonally** The Grocery Team Member's Primary Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service to all Receive and stock all dry goods, cold beverages, household, and bulk items Rotate backstock on a first-in first-out basis Maintain accurate and up-to-date product signage Perform KWF inventory management practices Assist the font-end department by scanning customers' groceries, completing transactions, and bagging groceries. Requirements Physical Capabilities: Full sense range (vision, hearing and sense of smell) – the ability to read product labels, distinguish color & smell for quality control as well as the ability to communicate with the customers and co-workers. Lifting, gripping and carrying objects – up to 50-75 pounds frequently, including boxes, cans, tools and other products. Stooping, squatting, & kneeling – stoop and maneuver to pick up boxes from shelving and carts. Walking – short distances to bring items from miscellaneous areas. Standing- prolonged standing. Work environment – movement based with most of the time being in motion (walking & standing) rather that sedentary (sitting). Climate – ability to work in cold environments (cooler, Freezer, back stock area) and handle cold products for extended periods of time on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

The role involves receiving and stocking dry, cold, and bulk goods while maintaining accurate product signage and inventory. Additionally, the team member provides customer service and assists the front-end with transactions and bagging.
