We are looking for a highly organised, friendly, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Guest Liaison and Office Administrator. This part-time role plays a crucial part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while maintaining excellent communication with our guests. The successful candidate will be a proactive multitasker who thrives in a busy environment, is comfortable working under pressure, and is committed to delivering outstanding customer service and efficient office support.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Proven ability to work well under pressure while managing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong organisational skills with a meticulous eye for detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – both written and verbal
  • Experience with databases, spreadsheets, and office systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Publisher
  • Hospitality or customer-facing experience is highly desirable
  • A process-driven mindset with a focus on improving and streamlining systems, especially in administration, bookings, and purchasing
  • Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
