We are seeking a skilled Handyman to join our team in Rickmansworth. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining our properties, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality and safety. Your expertise will directly contribute to our mission of providing exceptional property services.

• Perform general maintenance tasks across various properties..
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with tenants.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
• Qualifications and Requirement
• Proven experience in maintenance tasks.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Must be computer literate and proficient in using email and googledocs
• Must be able to drive and have own transport
• Must have own tools
• Must be flexible
• Properties are within 1 hour drive from Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire
• Must be able to paint and decorate to a good standard
• Must be able to undertake basic carpentry, tiling and plumbing
