High School History Teacher Part Time To Begin August 2026 The Leffell School is a cutting-edge K–12 Jewish independent school serving more than 850 students on two campuses in Westchester County, NY, 30 minutes north of New York City. We are seeking a Part-time High School History Teacher to begin in August 2026 for the 2026-2027 school year. Position Overview: We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated High School History professional who will engage and inspire students, foster strong communication with parents and colleagues, and contribute to our mission of developing students to become responsible, honest, compassionate, and respectful citizens. Responsibilities: • Teach both World Civilizations, United States History and other history-based electives. • Bring passion and dedication to the classroom to inspire students to reach their full potential. • Foster an engaging and inclusive learning environment. • Collaborate with other teachers - student/teacher/parent partnership is valued.
