Create Education are working in partnership with a beautiful, 1-form entry primary school in the heart of Lewisham to recruit a dedicated and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to cover PPA time across the school.
This is a part-time role (3 days a week: Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday), ideal for an HLTA who is confident delivering planned lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2. The school has a warm, community-focused atmosphere with a supportive team and excellent leadership.

The role:

• Deliver pre-planned lessons to cover teacher PPA time
• Work across all year groups, providing consistency and support
• Engage pupils in creative, purposeful learning
• Liaise with class teachers and SLT to ensure smooth transitions

About you:

• HLTA status or equivalent qualification/experience
• Confident managing a classroom and delivering lessons independently
• Experience across the primary phase (EYFS – KS2)
• Enthusiastic, reliable, and ready to make a positive impact
