Description Tarantino Properties Inc is looking for an experienced Part Time HOA Manager to oversee a high-rise community, Westgrove Tower Condominiums in Raleigh, NC. This Manager will interact with internal and external customers including homeowners, vendors, board members, and committee members. This detail-oriented and experienced HOA Manager will have a strong background in administrative tasks and problem solving. Duties: Answering community questions via phone and email. Maintaining policy and records. Collecting HOA fees. Ensuring implementation of policies and guidelines. Maintaining common and shared amenities. Coordinating with vendors and contractors for repairs and maintenance requests. Communicating with residents and addressing homeowner concerns. Assisting in dispute resolution. Requirements: Familiarity with legal administrative processes Knowledge of Onesite software is a plus Specific Requirements: Looking for an experienced HOA Manager. Rent Manager software experience a plus.
