We are looking for a receptionist.
Reception is the heart of the hotel, from initial enquiries to welcoming guests to the hotel.
You will need to delivering a great customer service, listening to customers needs and communicating with other departments regarding guests requests.
You will need to have a genuine passion for customer service and enjoy working as part of a team
Shift work, mixture of shifts 7am - 15.00 and 15.00-23.00, weekends included.
As a member of our team you will receive discounted room rates across the IHG estate along with discount on Food and Beverage when staying in an IHG hotel.
