Responsibilities
  • Greeting guests with warmth and professionalism, creating memorable first impressions
  • Managing check-ins/check-outs during peak times
  • Assisting with coordination and communication during weddings and events
  • Responding to guest inquiries by phone, email, or in person
  • Allocation of rooms according to guest preferences
  • Coordination of rooms for early arrivals.
  • Build guest profiles through conversations with guests
  • Ensuring a fond farewell is given to each guest upon departure
  • Rooming of guests in guest services/guest relations absence
  • Helping maintain a smooth, welcoming front desk environment
