ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a friendly, proactive, and guest-focused Part-time House Host to join our team at Cove Cannon Street. In this role, you’ll be the welcoming face of our property, ensuring every guest feels right at home and leaves with great memories of their stay.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Warmly welcome guests on arrival and offer assistance throughout their stay.
• Keep our spaces guest-ready by ensuring rooms are clean, tidy, and beautifully presented.
• Respond to guest questions and resolve issues quickly, with professionalism and care.
• Work closely with colleagues across all departments to deliver a seamless guest experience.
• Support with organising and hosting occasional guest activities or events.
