Housekeeping

  • Deliver and maintain our exacting 5-star standards in all aspects of your role.
  • Work through assigned tasks on the daily, weekly and monthly worklists.
  • Prioritise your daily workload and maintain the cleanliness of the building.
  • Conduct hourly toilet checks.
  • Collate recycling from the offices, staffroom and changing room and sort correctly in the bin shed.
  • Participate in deep cleaning tasks and special projects as they arise.
  • Stock and maintain supply cupboards and notify the Senior Housekeeper of any stock requirements.

Health & Safety

  • Choose the correct cleaning products and equipment for each task.
  • Use products safely and economically and make appropriate use of health and safety equipment.
  • Ensure equipment is clean, functional and safe, and report any faults to the Senior Housekeeper.
  • Report any suspicious/unsafe situations or actions to a manager.
  • Prioritise personal, colleague and customer safety at all times.

Teamwork

  • Proactively liaise with the housekeeping and management teams, using the sign-in book when necessary.
  • Work proactively with members of all other departments.

Other duties

  • Any other duties commensurate with your role.
