POSITION OVERVIEW:

As a Janitorial Team Lead, you will be responsible for cleaning duties as well as managing and supporting a team of cleaners. You will serve as the main point of contact during your shift and ensure assigned areas are properly serviced before, during, and after events.

REQUIREMENTS

• Authorized to work in the United States
• Must have reliable transportation
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to lead and motivate team members
• Must be able to stand, walk, lift, and perform repetitive motions

EXPERIENCE:

• Janitorial : 3 years (Required)
• Managerial/Leadership: 2 years (Required)

  Expected hours: 10 – 35 per week

• Assign tasks and ensure team members are positioned and equipped
• Serve as the liaison between staff and supervisors for shift updates
• Perform end-of-shift reporting
• Pick up and remove trash throughout assigned area
• Clean and restock restrooms
• Sweep, mop, and spot clean high-traffic areas
• Provide porter services outside the venue during game days
• Respond quickly to cleaning needs during live events
