We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to support our housekeeping and maintenance operations, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and guest service. Key Responsibilities: - Assist housekeeping staff with cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, corridors, and public areas - Deliver linens, supplies, and amenities to guest rooms and other departments as needed - Perform light maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, fixing minor repairs, and reporting larger issues to maintenance - Ensure all public areas, restrooms, and back-of-house spaces are clean, organized, and well-maintained - Respond promptly to guest requests and assist with special needs to enhance guest experience - Maintain safety and security standards in all areas of the hotel Skills and Qualifications: - Previous experience in hospitality, housekeeping, or maintenance preferred - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team - Good communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor - Physical stamina and mobility to perform cleaning tasks and lift supplies - Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Our hotel offers a vibrant work environment with opportunities for growth and development within the hospitality industry.
