About the Role: KKday Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Part-Time HR & Admin to support daily office operations. This role is for 3 days per week and is ideal for someone who is organized, efficient, and comfortable handling HR & Admin tasks independently. Key Responsibilities: Office Administrative Support Manage daily office operations, including facilities, supplies procurement, and front-desk support. Manage expense reports(petty cash, reimbursements, rentals, etc.) and liaise with finance on reconciliation. Handle contract negotiations and agreements (rentals, equipment, and other related services) Support travel, meeting, and logistics arrangements for the business team. Set up laptops and accounts for new joiners; coordinate with IT for troubleshooting. Maintain inventory records for laptops, monitors, and office equipment. Assist with HR admin tasks such as onboarding/offboarding, document handling, and employee records. Provide general administrative support for ad hoc tasks and projects. Human Resources Support Assist in maintaining employee records and HR documentation Support onboarding and offboarding processes Handle basic HR inquiries from employees Government & Compliance Support Assist in liaising with local government authorities regarding employment-related matters Support inquiries on labor regulations, statutory requirements, and compliance updates Prepare and organize documents required for government submissions or reporting Coordinate with external consultants when necessary Qualifications: Prior experience in HR & Admin is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks. Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Fluent in Mandarin and English. Familiar with Mac. Immediate availability is preferred. Location Singapore Employment Type Part-Time
