Job Introduction
Are you an experienced HR generalist? We’re looking for someone to temporarily (24-32 hrs) strengthen our HR team within Benelux. In this role, you’ll provide guidance to employees and managers on a wide range of HR matters, support the full employee life-cycle, contribute to policy development, and ensure smooth HR operations. You’ll also help keep things compliant, manage and remain great relationships across our different sites.

Main Responsibilities

  • You provide support, guidance and advice to employees and line managers on all related HR matters
  • You support all aspects of the “employee lifecycle”
  • You contribute to HR policies, procedures, processes, tools and their implementation, fitting within the strategic HR plan and budget and in line with business needs
  • You maintain internal and external relationships of trust and regularly visit various sites of our clients. In doing so, you act as an ambassador of the TGW Culture & Values
  • You keep abreast of labour laws and other relevant regulations to ensure compliance with the law within the HR field
  • You ensure accurate and up-to-date HR administration, internally and externally.
  • You support the HR Coordinator

About You

  • You already have previous experience as an HR Advisor in a generalist role, preferably in an international technical environment
  • You have a Bachelor degree in Human Resources or similar
  • You have sound knowledge and practical experience of Dutch employment legislation
  • You have experience in HR related applications and MS Office
  • You demonstrate strong proficiency in both written and spoken Dutch and English
  • You are willing to travel to the various client locations in the Netherlands and Belgium
  • You are a self-starter, communicative, responsible and proactive
