Responsibilities

THE ROLE: CONSULTANT. COACH. CULTURE ARCHITECT.

You’ll act as a trusted Human Resources Business Partner for multiple clients, supporting their leaders with hands-on guidance and strategic HR support across the full employee lifecycle.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Be the go-to HR expert for a portfolio of clients: offering high-touch, high-trust support in areas like employee relations, policies, benefits & compensation, org design, OH&S, performance, talent acquisition and engagement.
  • Deliver calm, confident coaching to executives and managers navigating people challenges.
  • Conduct investigations, guide performance management, and support terminations with care and professionalism.
  • Lead HR projects: think audits, engagement surveys, onboarding design, compensation reviews, and more.
  • Contribute to client workshops, L&D sessions, and internal best practices.
  • Spot opportunities for client growth — and help us expand the impact we can deliver.
