BDS Vending Solutions were acquired by Coca-Cola HBC last month, March 2025.
We are looking for a dedicated Part Time HR Generalist to join our team. You’ll play a crucial role in supporting our HR operations and contributing to the success of our growing company. The salary is €21.59ph / pro rata of €44,900 pa.
Ideally we would like the successful candidate to work 24hrs per week but are open to candidates that may be limited to working 18.5hrs as we are an inclusive organisation and welcome applicants from Family Carers.
We are focused on getting the right candidate for the role and are open to salary negotiations inline with current market rates or above. We are flexible regarding working hours, we would consider shorter days, condensed days or even a job share option.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:

  • 18 months+ experience in a similar role.
  • Relevant and up to date working knowledge of Irish Employment Legislation essential.
  • Irish HR qualification is essential to understand legislation and compliance.
  • CIPD membership preferred.
  • Excellent knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures.

SKILLS:

  • Strong administration and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering on projects.
  • Experience preparing payroll and/or using Sage a distinct advantage.
