4. PART-TIME BUSINESS MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTOR

  • Modules: Business Strategy, Marketing Principles, Human Resources, International Business.
  • Essential: Experience in delivering UK qualifications (e.g., NCC Education Level 4/5 Diploma in Business, Pearson BTEC HND in Business).
  • What We Are Looking For (Essential Criteria):
  • A minimum of a Master’s degree in a relevant field; a Ph.D degree is highly preferred.
  • Proven and recent experience in teaching, assessing, and internally verifying NCC Education and/or Pearson BTEC qualifications within the UK academic system.
  • Current, relevant industry experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of UK grading standards, assessment principles, and quality assurance procedures.
  • Availability to teach during evenings and/or weekends.

  • General Key Responsibilities for All Disciplines:
  • Deliver engaging instruction and assessment for NCC Education and/or Pearson BTEC qualifications, ensuring full compliance with UK awarding body standards, learning outcomes, and grading criteria.
  • Develop and mark assignments, projects, and practical assessments in strict accordance with NCC and Pearson specifications and protocols.
  • Guide, mentor, and support a diverse student cohort, preparing them for success in a UK-style academic environment.
  • Integrate real-world industry scenarios with the theoretical framework required by the UK curriculum.
  • Participate in internal verification and standardization processes, mirroring UK quality assurance practices.
