As a dedicated driver, you’ll not only transport our internationals but also participate in thrilling cultural trips with our diverse and energetic group! **Your Key Responsibilities:** - Navigate our company transit vehicles during scheduled shifts, taking part in fun weekly grocery runs and exciting cultural adventures locally and up to 2-3 hours away. >Plus, if you join us on these trips, you'll be reimbursed for your ticket & food expenses you inquire on long-distance excursions! - Ensure the safe and joyful transportation of our international visitors to and from all designated locations, creating memorable experiences along the way. - Report directly to our friendly HR department. - Enjoy flexible driving hours daily! Our international guests arrive from mid-April to mid-November and from mid-December to mid-March. Requirements **Qualifications:** - Exceptional flexibility in scheduling is essential. - Year-round availability is required, including nights, days, weekends, and holidays as needed. - A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is necessary. - A genuine passion for engaging with individuals and creating memorable experiences is important. - An appreciation for American and Minnesotan culture, along with a willingness to share this knowledge with others, is preferred. - Strong communication skills are essential; proficiency in multiple languages is a plus. - This position is subject to a background check. - Applicants must be 18+ years or older.
