Description

National Star Services is a 27-year-old facility management company providing different services all nationwide and we are now in search of a Part-Time Janitor in Chicago,IL 60615. The role involves providing thorough janitorial services for an apartment building, ensuring a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment for all residents. Daily duties include cleaning and sanitizing high-traffic areas such as the lobby, elevators, stairwells, and the laundry room. Responsibilities also include removing trash from each floor, organizing supply closets, and keeping the front of the building free of litter. Schedule: Monday, Tuesday,Thursday, Friday, Saturday 8:00 am to 11:00 am (15 hours per week) Pay Rate: $16.60/hour bi-weekly pay. Requirements: Must have reliable transportation to commute to work. Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the role. Immediate availability is preferred. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required to effectively communicate with all team members. At least a year of custodial experience is preferred. A background check will be conducted prior to employment.
