Description

National Star Services is a 27-year-old facility management company providing different services all nationwide and we are now in search of a Part Time Janitor for a 13-Story apartment building located in Chicago, IL 60615. Primary duties include: · Cleaning of common areas: The entrance, lobby, laundry room, elevators, stairwells, and restrooms. · Collecting of the trash from the trash closets on each floor. · Follow instructions regarding the use of chemicals and supplies. · Perform other job-related duties as required. Schedule: Monday-Saturday (Wednesday & Sunday off) 8:00AM to 11:00AM (15 hours per week.) Hourly Pay Rate: $16.60/hr. (Biweekly Pay) Requirements: · Be Bilingual (Speak English and Spanish) · Must have two valid forms of IDs. · Commercial and/or Residential cleaning experience. · Background check will be conducted. · Be able to start working as soon as possible. · Must have reliable transportation to get to work. **Depending on the volume of interests and submissions, we will only be contacting applicants who meet all of the minimum requirements listed in the job description.
