Description
National Star Services is a 27-year-old facility management company providing different services all nationwide and we are now in search of a Janitor for the area of Chicago, 60660. Responsibilities Include: Responsible for keeping the condominium clean and safe, including sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting common areas, restrooms, and high-touch surfaces. Also responsible for maintaining spaces by emptying trash, cleaning chute rooms, and keeping special areas such as the laundry room, atrium, and management office tidy, while responding promptly to management requests. Schedule: Monday-Saturday 8:00am to 1:00 pm (30hrs) Pay: $16.60/per hour paid biweekly. Additional Requirements: Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required. Availability: Must be available to start as soon as possible.​ Work Boots: Must have and wear non-slip boots/shoes as part of the required personal protective equipment.​ Valid Identification: Applicants must present two valid forms of identification for employment verification purposes. Must have prior experience in Janitorial services.
