Our small jewelry company in Pflugerville, TX, is looking for a detail-oriented and focused individual to join our production team. This is an environment where the ability to work independently with minimal supervision is essential. We value team members who can work quietly, efficiently, and stay organized while producing consistent, high-quality work. This job consists of making jewelry, tagging, and other organizational tasks around the studio.
Skills & Qualifications:
· Positive attitude and flexibility to shift focus when needed
· Strong organizational and time management skills
· Excellent attention to detail and consistency in work
· Ability to read and follow directions accurately
Jewelry-making skills, including:
· Using pliers for assembly
· Using a flex shaft drill
· Wire wrapping
· Opening and closing jump rings with precision
Applicants will be asked to demonstrate their jewelry-making skills during the interview.
Hours & Schedule:
· 8–12 hours per week
· Flexible scheduling within Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–6 p.m.
· A consistent schedule will be established once hired
