KITCHEN ASSISTANT

The position entails cooking a light tea for 33 residents and handing out a proportion of the meals. Wash pots and keep the kitchen area clean. Experience preferred. Applicants to be over 18 years of age.
- Experience in a caring environment preferred: Care Home / School / Nursery etc all other environments considered.
- Organised, clean & tidy.
- Excellent time management skills essential.
- Knowledge of home cooked and nutritional recipes.
- Reliable.
- (3pm - 7pm) 4 Hours per day on a 3 on 3 off rolling rota basis.

How it Works

• Workdays: 3 consecutive days of work.
• Days Off: 3 consecutive days of rest.
• Cycle: This 6-day pattern repeats, meaning you’ll have days off in the middle of the week and potentially on weekends.

Example

• Week 1: Work Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday; Off Thursday, Friday, Saturday.
• Week 2: Work Sunday, Monday, Tuesday; Off Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.
