OVERVIEW

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Part-time kitchen assistant to join our friendly team. This is a great opportunity to learn how to prepare and serve authentic Mexican dishes while working in a welcoming, friendly environment. The hours are daytime only for the moment.

• Helping to prep fresh ingredients for our Mexican menu.
• Assisting with plating and serving dishes
• Help with the organisation and cleanliness of the kitchen, ensuring all areas are tidy and hygienic.
• Ensure all food safety regulations are adhered to, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Assist in the storage and rotation of food supplies to minimise waste.
• Participate in the cleaning of kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces after use.
• Help with inventory management by reporting any shortages or issues with supplies.
