EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred
• Familiarity with cooking techniques, food handling, and meal preparation processes
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the food industry
• Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively in a busy kitchen setting
• A passion for cooking and a desire to learn new skills within the culinary field

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
• Assist in the meal preparation process, ensuring all ingredients are fresh and properly stored
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils
• Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of our guests
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours
• Participate in inventory management, including receiving and storing deliveries
• Support serving staff by preparing dishes for service and assisting with plating as needed
