JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a passionate Cook to join our busy fast pace golf club. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene. As a Cook, you will play a vital role in creating delicious meals that meet our members, guests and visitors expectations while ensuring the kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently. Must be able to work under extreme pressure!
Experience of using a griddle is preferred.
Must be reliable due to very busy weekends.

SKILLS

  • Must have food hygiene
  • Proven experience in food preparation within a restaurant or culinary setting.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • A passion for cooking and creating high-quality meals that delight our golf members
  • Good communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with team members.
    Join our team as a Kitchen Assistant/Cook
    16 hour per week..
    Saturday 7-3pm​
    Sunday 7-3pm
    Optional over time for society days, usually Mondays or Wednesdays.
    Immediate start.

  • Collaborate with clubhouse staff to ensure timely service during busy periods.
